Request Reimbursement

Benton County staff will visit your farm to confirm installation of your project before you request reimbursement. Please call 541-766-6293 or email awpp@bentoncountyor.gov to schedule a site visit.

After your farm visit, please complete and submit the following documents:

Please note that only approved purchases made after award qualify for reimbursements. Previous purchases, expenses exceeding approved budget and labor costs cannot be reimbursed.

Submit Annual Reports

AWPP Grant Recipients agree to submit a Project Evaluation Form and Wildlife Interaction Record Keeping Form for three years following award.

Annual Project Evaluation Form
Allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of the AWPP.

Wildlife Interactions Record Keeping Form
Report wildlife interactions and outcomes on your non-lethal deterrent project site.
