Road Districts

Benton County has13 Road Districts, each of which serves as a Special District enabling a community organization to impose a tax on themselves for the purpose of planning and executing repairs on local access roads. Public Works does not engage in work or offer guidance on repairs for road districts. As a courtesy, we supply a list of contractors for a variety of road maintenance requirements along with a gravel road and hard surface maintenance plan.
